    • No, but the date of 1.25 will be announced in May. Thank you for the kind words ❤️ From the FaQ:  Will existing players receive any benefits aside from the free Livonia DLC?
The primary benefit for existing DayZ base game owners who do not currently own Livonia is receiving the DLC free of charge. Those that own base game and Livonia before the change will get the DayZ soundtrack for free on Steam only
    • Just read the article? More details will be shared on May 20th...
    • Nope, our development team handles that. They're the experts on what's doable and how it would help the game.
As I've spent more time with DayZ, I've gotten better at filtering stuff, but the game keeps changing. So, I still track info because what wasn't possible three years ago might be possible next year. I've made it easier for them by putting all the info they need in one place, so they don't have to search forums or social media. I categorize feedback as 'urgent' or 'check later,' prioritize based on how often something's requested, and consider its importance. But I'm also not the only one doing this. The devs are out there as well, making sure nothing is being overlooked; they just don't need to comment on the feedback. I understand where you're coming from, but the game's doing better than ever. However, to keep it strong, it needs to evolve. If we made the game exactly what you wanted but nobody else played it, support would dry up. I'm exceeding here because I know you're not alone. Your feedback matters, but we can't overhaul the game based on one or a few people's preferences. We have to think about all the different players out there and also the game possibilities. Plus, there are community servers for players who want something different, and that's working just fine. We'll keep tweaking the game, adding stuff, fixing bugs, and support the community content. But remember, our game isn't subscription/in-game payment-based. You buy it once, and we have to make sure we will be able to support it as long as it's possible.

I know you mean well, I am just trying to explain that we do as well...
    • Right. it's a part of this game. A huge chunk of it. In fact this very game started as a modification - it's engraved to its bones. Number of optional maps, vehicles, weapons, features like flying or diving, servers with active administration - communities keeps this game fresh for Bohemia and that gives it a lot of additional time to create a worthy successor. But let's not talk about that any longer. All i'm saying is that people really expect a lot from official developers. There are problems though, small things that annoy players for a long time now. I've used weapon lifting animation only as example. It's still there: It's "improved", it's "much better" but it's still there. People who played modded content will stay with it for the most part. Only console players are different, simply because they have no other choice.
    • Please, send them our way. And it's great that the game has the option; mod support is literally part of the game.
Please note that modding is very different from coding the game itself. The best thing is to have the option to play official or community-created content.
    • Our server has been around for a minute. We are looking for more players. Xbox on Livonia. We are a Military Owned server. Friendly admin. Just revamped the server. Not overpowering on loot. No trader except discord trader. Give us a chance and check us out. Suggestions are very welcomed and strongly considered to shape this server. Discord not required but recommended. • It seems words are meaningless because fanboys will be fanboys. Blind. You just read whatever you want and ignore everything else, right? Gonna leave your comment with my own though: do you think that this game survived on its own? Over the years people added content themselves, things that were needed - at least some of it. I don't really care what are your beliefs in the matter, especially since they're wrong.
    • It pays to read patch notes before commenting on them. They improved it last update, and further improved it with this patch. It says so right there in the text. I also highly doubt you asked 78 people and got 78 "no"s. Please do not flame the devs.
