How do you find out your GUID?

Recommended Posts

Go to arma 2 main menu, edit profile, edit the profile you have, it's your player ID, :)

Yeah I did that, but apparently it should be 32 characters long?

As soon as you join a server there will be a very long code in red lettering, it will be a combination of letters and numbers. This is your GUID, you may need to join the server more than once in order to write it down because it fades away very quickly.

Or just screen shot it as you join, F12 if using steam or use a third party program such as fraps.

or printscreen button

That doesn't work for many people, all they get is a black screen when they paint the image into something like Paint.

It works only when you are in windowed mode.
