Logout and Cannot log back in Cleanup player

I just started a Overpoch server with Vert Hosting and I have been having issues with people joining my server, getting the Cannot Sync Player CharacterID, but managed to fix that by reinstalling my database. Now, I can get into my server, but after I logout, I cannot join back.  To clarify, I have a fresh dayz_server.pbo, fresh missions.pbo, and a new database.

I have no idea what to do to resolve this. I have opened a ticket with Vert and am currently waiting for a response. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
