Reduced dust cloud trails behind vehicles when raining.

I consider violent thunderstorm as a good opportunity for attacking, or moving in dangerous areas. A simple detail that would only improve immersion and gameplay would be to make the dust clouds smaller (or shut them off completely) during rain.
