Simply hand them a gun loaded with blanks and say "here is a gun with some rounds loaded" and see if they shoot you. the way i see it being crafted is with some pliers or some other similar tool and regular bullets. I had someone say that it might get annoying if they randomly spawned and you kept seeing them and thinking you found ammo so i think they should only be obtainable by crafting. I don't think it would be very realistic to find many blanks lying around though, so I wouldn't worry about finding them randomly, since they would likely not spawn naturally. Merc. 37 Posted October 14, 2015 Don't see anything wrong with this. Should only be craftable and work only in a few weapons.
