So , Battleye doesn't answer anything about why you're banned , right?

I knew that Battleye can't unban me because this game ban people from their Steam Accounts. But I just want to know why I got banned , I saw people got banned after played for 4 hours for no reason.

 

ok , now i know that Battleye can't unban anyone and then I sent an email about my banned information (I just want to know why because I want to make sure if I buy new one I won't get banned anymore.)

 

I waited for 7 days , still no answer about this.

 

This is what Bohemia trust , right?

 

My ArmA 2 got banned before but I can get unbanned because I didn't hack but this game can't even give me an answer why I got banned.

 

If you really want this game better , please change new hacking protection such as VAC.

Just to add, read the support page before submitting your ticket as its quite literally gives you the answer.

 

 

Please also note the following before sending in your request:

• No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity.
• It doesn't matter if you only cheated on your own private server. Cheating on all BE-enabled servers is strictly forbidden.
• It's your own responsibility to ensure that no one else has access to your cd-key or account. We cannot lift your ban if you were banned as a result of cd-key/account theft.
• No details about your ban (including evidence) will be revealed. Hackers would love to have access to this information and therefore we cannot disclose that.
• If you cheated you will have to live with the consequences. Global bans are permanent and no exceptions will be made.
• No support can be given on how to buy a new game or change your cd-key.
