Some DayZ Facts About You...

Okay, I just want people to give one or more facts about your DayZ life so far.

 

Here's mine:

 

1. I have never been to Zelenogorsk, or Balota Airfield.

 

I can't come up with anymore. I've been everywhere else, pretty much.

1. I have been everywhere. I would be very surprised if someone could think up a location that I haven't been to.

2. I have probably contributed more screenshots to the wiki than any other one person.

I was part of the Balota Blood drive gang, we would strip naked and assault people passing through the Balota area and steal much of their blood. Uncooperative people were rendered unconscious and were forced to play IV roulette where we would insert an unknown blood type into them and release them into the wild to see if they survived.

You don't pull out a weapon, you don't aim it at somebody, and you don't pull the trigger.

- I turned from friendliest player ever to a murderous PvP beast (sometimes, I still switch playstyles a lot) :o

 

- I never used a fishing hook (shame on me) :blush:

 

- I'm planning on doing the longest video recorded snipershot on Youtube

 

- I never find M4's on crash sites

 

- I'm a certified zombie slayer (made a video the last few days, I'm at 174 Zombie kills with one counterhit taken) B)

 

- I like to hunt hackers and kill them with their own guns

Flying a helicopter whilst intoxicated is not murder :) regardless of the smoke and flames outcome.  If anything I'd get off in Chernarus court with involuntary manslaughter. I'm talking about player contacts in general.

Hello there

 

Ive never been to NWAF.

 

Ive never been KoS'd (although i have been punched on sight)

 

Ive never knowingly encountered a Hacker in SA.

 

Ive never found a machine gun/assault rifle. Ive been given an SKS though.

 

Ive never seen a hellicrash site, either in mod or in SA.

 

I almost always die due to zombies.

 

Steak has also "accidently" killed me each time ive played dayz with him. Normally spectacularly.

My favourite spawn point is in the northern outskirts of Novodmitrovsk, behind the truck depot

I absolutely, positively dislike assault rifles in DayZ SA

I started murdering fellow players in DayZ SA only recently

I've never been at Central Railway Station

Once I was able to lose myself in Black Forest

I've never found an EMT or Firefighter uniform (sadly)

 

EDIT: I've never killed an infected with my bare fists...yeah, sorry mom and dad. What a disappointment

I knew I was forgetting something in my first post. This. I have never, not once in nearly 10 months and 600+ hours of playing, come across a hacker in any form. I can't even begin to relate to the people on this forum who whine about it being a widespread problem, particularly because I play on a wide number and variety of servers as well.

Well, you aint been to my bush. I been hiding in my bush for 5 weeks and NOBODY showed up.

 

[ edit: OK I admit you've most likely been past there a few times. In one of your screenshots you can very probably see my boots sticking out ]

 

I tend to stick to the country; I always carry a stone around.

When I go into town its just for fun. I'm a country player but every so often I get the crazy feeling to go looking for trouble.

The strange thing is, as soon as I set out to look for it, trouble jumps on me from some completely unexpected place.

I just monitor my entrances and exits to an area prior to going in for a few minutes.  If I come in contact while in an area I take cover and open the conversation to see if they want me to team or piss off.  I watch non verbal signs i.e. agressive movements and play off them to move on or stay. Obviously if there is direct fire, axe swinging etc they do not want to make friends so I just watch the positioning and counter move out of the area.

In DayZ mod/SA:

 

1. I have never met a helicopter that I couldnt crash. 

2. I once successfully pulled a quadruple backflip on an ATV... accidentally of course. 

3. I ate a player. Only one. I promise. 

4. In all my dayz days, Ive personally in-game seen and was killed by 2 "confirmed" hackers ....and killed 0 of them. 

 

As a sidenote.. I couldnt possibly count how many players Ive killed in this game. I need me some dayz jesus.

I just take off moving cover to cover keeping buildings and other objects between myself and said player.  If I fail and end up kibble in the roadway, I just gear back up with new items :).

In the original mod:

 

Never found and repaired a helicopter

 

In SA:

 

Never had an AK

 

Never blood bagged someone

 

Never starved to death/died of thirst

 

Never met a hacker

 

Never got a long range kill (100m+)
