Processor: 1.3 GHz Intel Core i5Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MBSoftware: OS X 10.9.5 (13F34) Can I run DayZ nicely through bootcamp windows 7? Obviously fps won't be great, so I can expect lag, right?

Beedsterr 0 Posted October 2, 2014 you're gonna get 10 fps Is it even worth buying and playing?
soulfirez 901 Posted October 2, 2014 On a 1.3 ghz cpu when min specs call for 2.4 your play experience is going to be less than ideal ( if it will even run at all) on saying that there are guys playing on 1.9 ghz cpu's that seem to get alright performance at the lower resolutions. But personally i think you would be wasting 30 bucks as your mac air doesnt really seem like its made for gaming( not serious gaming any way and this is a hard to run serious game.) Mos1ey 6301 Posted October 2, 2014 Honestly... No, I would not recommend buying DayZ with the intention of playing it on that machine. Assuming that you did manage to get it running there's a good chance that it would cause your laptop to overheat to the point that you may damage it. If you have any more questions please use the "Can I Run DayZ?" topic, which you can find here...http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/154395-can-i-run-dayz-retail-post-here/ Locked.
