Sinister5ixX 0 Posted August 26, 2014 I really need help on this topic. I was globally banned from playing DayZ. I do not know why. I have contacted Battle Eye Support, but I have recieved absolutely NO help. I don't know what to do about this situation. I had DayZ for such a short amount of time (only 50 hours played, most was probably afk on the start screen) and have never done any sort of modding or hacking to the game. I heard about something happening before causing players to be banned for no reason, but I don't know if that was the reason for my ban. I would really like some help on this issue. I am not a hacker and I feel like it was a waste of $30 buying DayZ now, and I am very disappointed. Can someone please tell me what to do. Battle Eye never even bothered to respond to my email. HIHBGaming 14 Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) he already said that he received no anwer. Doesn't matter, nobody can help here. So the only place to go to is BE Support, whether they claim they get no response or not. Edited August 26, 2014 by R.Neville
kichilron 8550 Posted August 26, 2014 Even if we wanted to help you here, we can't as we do not have any power over BE-bans. I have not heard of any "random" or "unjustified" bans, not in DayZ Standalone anyway. At the end of the day we always find out that the person in question has actually been hacking after all. We can't help you here.
