SaviorSixx 26 Posted August 17, 2014 So with all the alpha sapeak, yada yada yada..... im really enjoying the new patch. Just broke 300 hrs and had a pristine police ocifer, see my other post, and logged in after patch. Pristine everything, including akm and drum mag. bugged out of elektro and into the hills since I didn't want to lose my sweet lootz. I was low on food so I figured id hit up a small village to get some nash. I just ran into the first building I saw and picked up some beans. Heard a noise and spun round to see 3 zeds blocking my exit. I hurriedly buttoned open some doors and ran out, zeds in tow. I pulled my camo fire axe out, which let the zeds ruin my pristine police jacket and I dispensed with them shortly, aftter which bandaging my gashing wound. I spotted a round top jail to the east and headed towards it. Somehow a zed in the open field spotted me and made a quick attack, but since I had my axe out it was short work. No sooner had I put that bad bitch down, (always endeavor to make references to the man in black), her cousin friend and uncle showed up. I put down one and decided the better part of valor was to run into the jail and lock the door. I could hear the family throwing themselves against the door and went upstairs to find some rags. Only finding soda and a suspect 30rnd 22mm clip, I decided, "these are just zeds, theyre nothing to fear." And yolo'ed out the front door. To m y surprise there were now 9 zeds. The family had called in reinforcements. I got caught flat footed, had my .357 out, since I was clearing a building, and quickly shot the first two coming towards me. this however didn't stop the other seven. As I ran out of ammo and frantically trying to reload. my arm hurts my arm is broken my leg is broken you are dead I love this patch, honestly my favorite gaming experience with Dayz to date since release. I now fear the zeds, and skirt citys, looking for the family. Darting in and out and running through buildings to save my life. Im honestly starting to play this game more if that's possible.
