Stuck at "Wait for host" screen

Before the glitches came I was able to play DayZ Epoch Completely fine, I could play for hours without problems and nothing like this has ever happened before. The last time I played Epoch was on 11/05/2014. It was just a normal day of playing DayZ for me, I haven't changed anything in the settings or installed anything on DayZ Commander. But on 12/05/2014, the next day, I noticed that whenever I clicked on the refresh button perfectly good servers will show up with 10K ping and when I hit the refresh button again, some servers will return to their normal ping. Ignoring that I tried to join my usual server, only to be faced with a black screen with the words "Wait for host" in the middle. I waited for 10 minutes before trying again, this time I left it there and decided to watch a video while it loads. After about an hour, the screen is still there. My friends said they could join the server just fine and that the "Wait for host" screen would only appear for less then a second before redirecting them to the lobby. I've searched around to find a solution but everywhere I search people just to reinstall everything, which is what I did. I uninstalled all Arma 2 variants and DayZ Commander and then reinstalled them, it made the problem worse. Now DayZ Commander says "ARMA 2: NOT FOUND (OUT OF DATE)" and I can't reinstall it because it gives me several errors and won't install. I can supply videos or screenshots if that will help, I love playing DayZ Epoch and I'm really frustrated at this glitch.
