just imagine Dayz had more versions of every fire-arm type.

 

But I guess they will bring more variety to each weapon "class",

when each class already has one (AR, SR, SMG, Shotgun, lever-action-rifle,..) ;)

 

and right now, they're working on bringing an AKM (maybe 2nd AR?) and an SMG

I love this piece of modern weaponry in it's world premier promotional video being shot in an 80's action movie's warehouse.  Of course this would be sweet, but even giving it a quarter of the spawn rate of the Press Vest will still warrant cries of unreality and Go Play CoD or other such nonsense.  As of now, I'll be fine with any ole crossbow in DayZ, but I want the Tac-15 for myself.  Maybe the 15i, but I live in the midwest, so a spare lower receiver for an AR-15 is probably  available at Walmart (Jokes, I got 'em).  

 

What does intrigue me is the rubber stops they use to reduce vibration/noise.  Might be an idea to implement, but they are pretty quiet already.

Just think, if they implemented as many weapons as possible, and kept the weapons only found in Russia able to be found on the vanilla DAYZ map, it would pave the way for further maps, on any location possible.

I'm not sure that the developers will add 15 TAC. (Barnett Ghost-400 evlyaetsya one of my favorite.

if they would be to focus on diversity in this area then why couldn't he be)
