Client Ports for Standalone (Pls Help)

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

my brother and me having problems connecting on the same server from the same Router (we are kicking each other). We had the same problems in the DayZ Mod but could fix it by setting fixed Ports in the launch options.

So my question for the specialists in this forum is the following; What are or where can i find the Ports of the Dayz Standalone?

Thanks in advance

I don't know the default ports for DayZ, ArmA uses 2302, 2304, 2305 by default so I am going to assume they are the same . Please add -port=25007 into your DayZ launch options on one of the PC's. Right click on DayZ > General >  Set launch options. The number doesn't really matter as long as it's different from the other computers which will use 2302, 2304, 2305 by default (assuming DayZ uses the same as ArmA 2/ArmA 3)

buying a decent router sounds like a pretty good solution to me. never experienced anything like this in the mod.

That is how you change your client port - although it's not documented.
