Flickering and Reaping textures in Dayz and Arma. Makes it impossible to play. I can never see anything cause gray is always on my face

Flickering and reaping textures of grayness appear on my screen. Textures glitching everywhere. I have all my graphics on low, as a side not because of my crappy computer and lag. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Could you take a screenshot? It sounds almost like you're referring to that broken texture effect people used to get from dead zombie bodies.

Try changing your video memory from default to something else.

Have you updated everything you need to play the game? (Versions, graphics drivers)

 

I know this is a graphic issue and this could be something relating to your graphics card whether it's out of date or it's not capable of those means of power to play it correctly.

I had the same problem before but I'm pretty sure I burned my shit Radeon HD 4350 out...that might the reason.

Sounds like those visual artifacts that Xucphra is talking about. But i'm pretty sure they disappeared during an update. I only had them very early on like a year ago

I saw them a while back aswell. Like a month or so, but that's the only time. I've seen them on Youtube videos and the recorders just kinda disregard it, try joining different servers, and re-installing if diff. servers doesn't work. Also check your drivers, and make sure your GPU isn't over heating or something like that.
